Hello there I'm Monique. My work is rooted in what I call Sole Care — the sacred tending of both the soul and the soles of the body. In many ancient traditions, the feet were honored as portals of grounding, release, and connection to Earth wisdom. Through focused care of the feet — with warm soaks, sacred oils, crystals, and sound — we begin to reconnect with our foundation. This is more than physical relaxation. It’s energetic remembrance. Each session invites you to come back to the Earth, back to your body, and back to the wisdom that lives below the surface. Sole Care is soul care.
